Anyone can learn German with us. We teach all levels, from beginners to advanced learners (see Our services).
Minors need to have a parent or guardian book the lessons for them.

You will receive an email with your bill. You can pay via bank transfer or credit card. After we received your payment, your lessons can start.
You can determine how many lessons you want to pay in advance.

You can always get a participation confirmation. Upon successful completion of a course level - according to the European Reference Framework (A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2) -
and a final exam, you can get a certificate.

Yes, you can. You are not obliged to book any additional lessons.

You can schedule the lessons with your teacher. Depending on availability, lessons are possible on weekdays between 7 a.m. and 11 p.m. CET. (Surcharge for German public holidays and sunday)

For your lesson, your teacher will call you via Skype. Your teacher will use various media (e.g. books, newspaper articles, film clips) to reach the
goals you have set.
We offer you classes at your home, your workplace or anywhere you whish throughout Greater Mannheim area upon previous arrangement
(plus transportation expense allowance).

Yes, our lessons are customizable. You tell us your goals and we will teach what you want to learn.

Yes, all you have to do is contact us via email, phone or text message 24 hours prior to our appointment, otherwise we have to charge you for the lesson.

If a lesson has to be cancelled for technical reasons, we will not charge you for it. If technical problems occur during a lesson, we will charge you proportionately.
